Against a beat up Arizona Cardinals team, the Green Bay Packers took care of business and improved to 4-2.
There were great performances all around which means the the candidates for this week were plentiful once again.
Too many even as Jordan and I handed out four cheeses this week instead of our typical three.

Week 6 cheeses
🧀 Jordan Love 🧀
The star QB missed two games with an MCL strain this season and put up his first cheese-worthy performance of the season, dicing up the Cardinals defense. I saw someone call Jordan Love “Brett Rodgers” on Twitter the other day and chuckled at how apropos that nickname is. Love has shown fans and the franchise dating back to last season that he has Rodgers-like ability to thread footballs into windows most QBs wouldn’t dare try. But on the flipside, he has a bit of Brett Favre to him in that he’s not afraid to throw the ball into danger either. If he keeps playing like he did on Sunday against the Cardinals, watch out NFL.
🧀 Romeo Doubs 🧀
Another offensive player receives his first cheese of the season as Romeo Doubs two touchdown catches this week were spectacular. Whatever happened with Doubs’ before the Rams game is behind him now as he showed why he’s one of the most important pieces of this offense. His ability to make adjustments to the ball and go up and nab a catch out of the air is critical to the offense. Keep a look out for Doubs to build on this momentum.
🧀 Zach Tom 🧀
Another ho hum week at the right tackle position for Zach Tom. All you can is shake your head at his excellence right now as he once again doesn’t allow a pressure in 70+ snaps on offense. Zach Tom’s all-pro nod is coming.
🧀 Evan Williams 🧀
Someone pour me a shot of Evan Williams because this guy is smooth. The rookie had multiple “wow” plays this week including a patented Peanut Tillman Punch to force a fumble and beautifully played read-option to stuff Kyler Murray in the backfield. Williams is PFF’s top rated safety this season and has become the go-to guy next to Xavier McKinney, bumping Bullard down nickel corner. If he keeps this up, he has a legitimate shot at making an all-rookie team.
