PODCAST: Previewing the Atlantic and Southeast Divisions
On the latest Gyro Step, we took a look at the other two Eastern Conference divisions after diving into the Central last week.
After covering the Milwaukee Bucks own Central Division last week, Rohan Katti and I decided to take a look at the rest of the East this time around, and went through the Atlantic and Southeast Divisions team by team.
Spoiler alert: outside of the Brooklyn Nets, there is nobody on the Bucks’ level. The middle class of the East is strong through, and it was fun to try and project how divisional rivals like the Hornets and Wizards will finish compared to each other.
We went through the teams’ new rosters, focused on big questions or issues we have for them, and then gave win projections. We made fun of the Sixers and sort of the Raptors. It’s a good time. It was also broadcast live on YouTube, so go ahead and subscribe to the GSPN YouTube channel if you don’t already!
We’re probably going to do all three Western Conference divisions in the same episode — maybe on Sunday evening — so definitely be sure you’ve got YouTube notifications on so you don’t miss the next live pod, plus the other video content we have planned, including our next round of GSPN Jeopardy!
