PODCAST: NBA Central Division Deep Dive - Where do the Bucks fit in?

On the latest episode of the Gyro Step, Rohan and I dove deep on the Bucks' standing in the Central Division.

The NBA doesn't focus on divisions as much as the NFL does, but maybe it should! On the latest Gyro Step podcast, which we livestreamed on YouTube (here’s your daily reminder to subscribe to the GSPN YouTube!) in addition to uploading to the podcast feed, Rohan and I covered the Bucks place in the Central Division, both currently and historically.

We covered some fun history topics, including Milwaukee’s strong all-time record against current division opponents, how long it might take the Bucks to have winning records against all four of the Bulls, Cavaliers, Pacers, and Pistons, and late in the show debated which of the five Central teams has been the best historically (although it wasn’t a strong debate).

Rohan and I also covered the current state of the Central, which mostly included ragging on the four not-Bucks teams, and gave our win projections for each of them (including the Bucks). I don’t remember all of our guesses, but I do know Rohan and I have Milwaukee pegged for more wins than most odds-makers seem to.
