PODCAST: Addressing Khris Middleton's uneven season and recapping All-Star Weekend

The Bucks are off until Saturday, but we've still got a lot to talk about on the Gyro Step.

Even an NBA championship can't stop Milwaukee Bucks fans from getting heated over Khris Middleton, so Rohan Katti and I discussed the highs, lows, and discourse of Khris Middleton after a particularly bad game against the Philadelphia 76ers before the break.

We actually opened the podcast with the latest on Goran Dragic though, which unfortunately is no news on where he is signing yet. We’ll keep you updated both on the Substack and the podcast feed when he does sign somewhere though — right now, he’s the biggest difference-maker on the buyout market by far.

Given that Giannis Antetokounmpo put up 30 points in the NBA All-Star game the night before, we also discussed the game itself (including more Khris discussion!) and the Skills Challenge that saw Team Antetokounmpo miss a lot of shots but still nearly make the final round. Thanasis, Giannis, and Alex tried their best, though.

As part of the All-Star festivities, Giannis was introduced along with the other players selected to the NBA 75 team, which was a truly awesome thing to witness. We’ll have more on the historical significance of this on a podcast later this week, when we hope to link up with the Win in 6 hosts for a fun GSPN crossover.
