The plan for this week’s GSPN After Dark was more of a general NBA plus NCAA basketball frenzy of topics without a clear Milwaukee Bucks focus, until Giannis Antetokounmpo went ahead and had one of his best games EVER and quite possibly his finest regular season game of all time in an epic win over the Detroit Pistons.
We discuss Ron Holland becoming the figurehead of ethical basketball, Giannis’ greatness, the Denver Nuggets trying to power through not having enough players, the surging Phoenix Suns, if the Hawks will ever blow it up, who the saddest NBA fanbase right now is and why they’re based in New Orleans, and get some idea of the key teams and players to watch as college basketball picks up again.
