Brewers take 2 of 3 from Giants as Jackson Chourio’s ascent continues

The Milwaukee Brewers have won yet another series, again against a team from the bay area. At least this team gets to stay there. Game 1 was the blip on the radar in this series, thanks to a shaky performance from some usually reliable bullpen arms. Jackson Chourio did hit a homer off the scoreboard, so it wasn’t all bad.

The Crew bounced back in Wednesday’s game to even up the series thanks to an excellent performance from Freddy Peralta and a five-run 5th inning. Thursday’s afternoon finale was a breeze thanks to seven shutout innings from Aaron Civale, six Brewers runs, and two electric innings from Aaron Ashby.
